I was born and raised in Höfn and live in the heart of Iceland’s stunning southeast with my wife, Fanney, and our two children. I´m a family man and find inspiration in the natural beauty surrounding my home and enjoy sharing it with others.
With a B.S. degree in sports science and over 13 years of experience as a teacher and soccer coach, I have developed strong leadership and teamwork skills. I have led ice cave tours for the past decade, combining my deep local knowledge with a passion for exploring Iceland’s wonders. I love capturing the unique beauty of glaciers and ice caves, where light and ice create beautiful natural art. I believe my experience, enthusiasm, and family-oriented nature make me a guide who connects with people on every adventure.

I live in a beautiful home with my wife, Fanney, and our two children, Ragnar Sveinn and Héðinn. As a family, we cherish spending time together, whether at home or exploring new places.

In the summer, we enjoy travelling across Iceland and exploring different landscapes and places. In the winter, we like to travel abroad, often doing home swaps to experience life in different locations while sharing our own.
We try to stay active by playing sports like football, basketball, skiing, running, and hiking and going on walks in nature close to home. Being outdoors and staying on the move are things we all love.

Travelling and exploring together has given us many great memories, and we’re always excited to see what new adventures lie ahead.
